If you need to surrender an animal that you can no longer take care of, please fill out the form below. We are only able to consider surrenders for cats and kittens at this time.

We cannot accept an animal if you do not fill out this form.

Buckeye Pet Partners is a registered nonprofit, 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization established in 2018. At this time, we operate exclusively out of foster homes and the PetSmart Westpointe Plaza Adoption Center. Please keep in mind we are a 100% volunteer-ran organization operating solely on public donations and grants. We are committed to doing everything we can for cats, kittens and dogs in our community.

We have placed over 2,000 animals in loving homes since our inception in 2018.
